The name of Don Tomas de Aquino, judge, was begun on the previous page and is finished here at the top, and the person who attests ("doy fe") to the truth of his statement to the notary is given as Pedro de la Fasheda[?]. The notary public signs and draws a line to start the next document as shown in the left gloss. This one is dated July 11, 1693, with the name of Juan Cortes. Another line separates that section with (again a signal on the left) one beginning with Manuel Alexandro Barva, a resident of Texcoco, and mentioning the Hacienda de Tlaixpan and Tomas de Aquino.
