Tascher wields his rifle like a baseball bat on the grounds of the old Indian Village or Pueblo where members of San Diego State College's Sigma Lambda and others filmed a parody of "Beau Geste." The "village" contained set pieces used for two expositions, razed in 1946. Tascher's fraternity, Sigma Lambda, sponsored the only three showings of the film, at San Diego State College in 1940.
