Post, Lauren C., Editor
This is the first anniversary edition. The first page shows an image of the sculpture of Montezuma and suggests that "some of the Sons of Montezuma name their planes for old Monty." Postcards were enclosed with the mailed copies, sponsored by San Diego State College women's service organization Cetza, for those in the military to return correct addresses. Shown here in the photograph, "Monty" refers to a San Diego State College icon named "Montezuma" or "The Aztec," placed in the Main Quad.
