Binkley, John Burdette
Binkley gives his impressions of the English countryside, unable to specify where due to censorship. Among them are "the many uniforms, US, RAF [Royal Air Force] British Army, Polish, Free French, Australian, etc," and the blackouts. He asks to be remembered to Miss Smith and Miss Springston and encloses a couple of air mail stamps. Binkley was eventually killed in action during the war.
