Dieckmann, Edward A., Sr.
Dieckmann, a detective lieutenant with the San Diego Police Department, types on stationery from the City to tell about how his son came home to get married. It was the first time Ed, Jr. had been home for "three years and three months, since he joined Uncle Sam Regular Army," and he arrived March 7, got married on the 8th, and left on the 12th. His new wife is "his old gal" Charlotte Peltcher from Ocean Beach.
