Cotton, Ira G.
Cotton is at Harbor Island awaiting the commissioning of his destroyer, The United States Ship Haggard. He is allowed to say that "it is a 2100 ton destroyer" and it "is a new model with only one of its kind" serving so far (The United States Ship Franks). He would like to have addresses of anyone from San Diego State College serving nearby, and he sends an address for Allen Williams. He points out an error in his address.
