Chase, Lionel E.
Chase's Victory Mail paper has a piece missing, probably not intentionally. He defines "sirocco" as "superheated fluid sandpaper" and jokes about people who fly B-17 airplanes. He is looking for Bob Wade, who "is sure a will-o-the wisp" (impossible to find). At the bottom there is a note that there is "(more coming)," meaning that he will write on another Victory Mail form, imaged here as MS-0369-02CE-20.
