Chambers, Stanley L.
Chambers feels that "we are not alone" when he looks at the Aztec News Letter and sees "all the Staters [people from San Diego State College] on Foreign Service." He has not seen anyone else from State but notes "that a few have been here." Their "first professional entertainment in over eight months" was Artie Shaw and his band. It was "good to hear some real jive." Now all they need are the wine and women to go with the song.
