Carr, Charles Alfred
This brilliant blue memorandum paper was probably for color-coded carbon copies. "Coconuts," Carr types, "aren't my idea of a permanent overhead," preferring San Diego to a place where they drop on his head. The mosquitos in Louisiana are nothing to the local ones, only distinguishable from the B-17s ("Flying Fortresses") by the plane's twin rudders. From San Diego State College he has only seen John Osborn.
