Brown thinks the San Diego State College "service men's panel is an excellent idea." He sends his brother-in-law Dan Magnusson's address, along with the news that Magnusson and Brown's sister Lottie became parents in January. Brown has to go work out since the "new physical training program" stresses the "MAN in midshipman" so that "even the Canteen athletes" have to work out "once in a while."
