Betts, Harry E.
Betts was transferred the previous month to Wickenburg from Santa Ana, for primary flight training. He saw Thomas H. Greer, formerly a professor of political science at San Diego State College. Although he is used to the heat and it is "nice flying weather," there is "pretty bumpy air." Only about 275 are at Wickenburg Field, in unpowered glider training. He sends his current address.
