Barth, Robert
The stationery of the Naval Mine Warfare School shows a naval mine. Barth will write more now that training is over. He and Pat Powers were married at Annapolis, then traveled to Washington, D. C., then Chicago to stay with Doctor Shea and Ann Weldon Shea (also alumni), and Williamsburg. It is too expensive to live in Yorktown, so Mrs. Barth returned to San Diego. He describes conditions in Yorktown.
