Allison discusses weather, gives news of several men. Harry Miller's location has been blue-pencilled to "his ship" instead of the USS Ramapo. Allison and others started an Eta Omega Delta chain letter. His unit trained Chinese men to fly B-25s (edited to "planes") back in China. He mentions aftereffects of the Doolittle Raid.
