Whigham, Frank F.
Whigham has just returned from visiting San Diego, where he hopes to again be a student. He encloses a donation and the price of a "school directory." Since he is applying for Officer Candidate School he asks for a recommendation, and he stipulates the "points" that must be made. He asks for Aztec News Letter issues not received, and he expects to go to sea on a destroyer after the first of the year.
