Stoll, William C., Jr.
Stoll writes that despite the efforts of the Japanese military to dislodge them, his Marine Corps unit is still on Guadalcanal. He urges everyone with friends overseas to write them letters because "receiving mail is a great morale factor." In closing he congratulates Bob Cleator on his marriage and sends a "hello" to Charles Leonard and A. P. Nasatir.
