Stacy is not sure about the policy for receiving the Aztec Service Men's News Letter but would like to receive it whether there is a charge or not. He was a student and athlete at San Diego State before joining the Army. By a series of events Russel Newberry, Stacy's roommate for more than two years, heard that they were both at the same post and were reunited after Stacy's wedding picture reached him.
