Snapp, Jim
Snapp is at a private flight school for primary civilian pilot training. Mail call is a nearly universal activity in this small town. 22 of the 26 men in training there are from San Diego, studying in ground school as well as flying. He lists the subjects for both courses. Everyone looks forward to a promised week's furlough before starting glider school where Dave Farquhar, also from San Diego State College, already is.
