Shoemaker, Richard N.
Shoemaker and John McCulley have moved to Minter Field. He saw Jack McCreery, has news of Ed Wellington, and has a letter from his brother B. D., Jr., a "HOD" (Eta Omega Delta) in the 1930s, now on the Coast Guard Cutter Haida. What of Larry Werner, reported missing in the South Pacific? He is sorry for those who "wash out" (fail), but knows from personal experience that "rechecks" are easier to pass.
