Rudrauff, J.W.
Ensign Rudrauff writes on United States Maritime Service Enrolling Office stationery that since "this war will not wait for men to sit around and write letters all day," his news must be brief. Charlie Byrnes and Victor Howard work there, and he sends news of Harold Peterson and Dick Clardy. He looks for Pat Rainey. His office enlists for the United States Merchant Marine, and the stationery has a printed "buy bonds" box.
