Rettie, George A.
Rettie, with the Pearl Harbor Fleet Recreation Office, writes on Victory Mail target paper for microfilming. He missed his directory issue of the newsletter because his address changed, so he asks for another. He wishes his office were as successful as the newsletter at providing "good things." Signing off, he sends regards to Walter Hepner, Deborah Smith "and other members of the music faculty." Victory mail was developed only for delivery.
