Oertel, Albert G.
Although Private Oertel found the physical examination at the Los Angeles Induction Station harrowing, he now finds that "many of the phases become quite funny" when he talks about it. He is now stationed at a "Reception Center" for inductees like his earlier self and greatly appreciates the Aztec News Letter and Aztec student newspaper for its ability to give "a feeling that all is well."
