Lipscomb, Wendell R.
Lipscomb's letter is on stationery of the Tuskegee Institute Division of Aeronautics, to San Diego State College President Walter Hepner thanking him for his recommendation. A former State student, he reports that he is a "Primary Army Flight Instructor to the all Negro 99th and 100th Pursuit Squadrons." He expresses gratitude also for the armed forces newsletter and remarks on the construction on the State campus.
