Kishler, Claude L., Jr.
Having attended "the first school for reservists" aboard the United States Ship Illinois, Lieutenant Kishler left San Diego State College in 1940. While there he was in the Delta Pi Beta fraternity. He was sent directly to the Pensacola immediately upon receiving his commission. At this time the ship was in Hawaiian waters.
