Kerch, Charles G.
Lieutenant Kerch has been promoted along with his change of address. He also sends the address of Bill Hughes and encloses a donation to help support the newsletter. He says the ratio of men to women is "12-1" in the District of Columbia, remarking that that "isn't as good as it sounds" because the women are career-oriented. He expects to be sent overseas shortly.
