Located in interior main lobby of Burbank City Hall. Mural is meant to be scene from below. Shows old and new world. Rural world is represented in the landscape and lower four figures: two males , a woman and baby. Above is images of the new industrialized world, a movie camera is filming a scene of a golden figure reaching up, above are military planes and a tall structure.
