The Bay Area Worker was a newspaper published in the San Francisco Bay area. It was a merger of three newspapers: People Get Ready; Salt of the Earth; and Wildcat. It reported on labor issues with a focus on marginalized groups such as African Americans and Latinxs. From page 15 the issue is in Spanish. A photograph of Army serviceman Billy Smith is on the front page.
