This brochure was created and distributed by Californians for Yes on 15 to describe and promote the proposition. The State Pay Control Amendment, officially "State Employee Salaries," would have required the State Personnel Board to compare State employees' salaries to other employers in the state and use that amount to adjust State salaries. It was defeated in June.
