This brochure, distributed by Californians Against Unequal Schools and Education, provides information on proposition 21 and encourages citizens to vote no. Also known as the Wakefield Amendment, it overturned the Bagley Act, which made desegregation a California policy goal. The Californians Against Unequal Schools and Education (CAUSE) was responsible for this brochure.
