This issue of Insurgent, the national magazine of the W.E.B. DuBois Clubs, was distributed by the University of Texas Committee to End the War in Vietnam. On the cover is a photograph of the Fort Hood Three: Dennis Mora, David Samas, James A. Johnson. These three men refused orders to deploy to Vietnam for the war there and were serving a three-year sentence.
