This booklet promotes and describes the San Diego Convention Coalition as a response to the Republican National Convention meeting in San Diego. There is a cartoon on page 3 of United States President Richard Nixon, whose headquarters are on the map on page 6, with an exposition of the "Nixon Doctrine." The coalition was formed to "confront the G.O.P." (Republican "Grand Old Party").
