This flyer describes the Central Intelligence Agency's (CIA) involvement in Laos. The reverse describes demonstrations sponsored by the Radical Action Tribe against the CIA, with an image of Charles Schulz's cartoon character Charlie Brown. This output of a spirit duplicator is nearly illegible from discoloration, fading, and possibly an aging master. The date and location were written at the bottom.
