Good is behind a lectern decorated with an eagle and in front of a large foil flag of the United States. The rally was at the intersection of Juniper Street and Balboa Drive in Balboa Park, near the parade staging area and parade end at Sixth Avenue and Juniper. Publisher of Hillcrest's monthly Uptown, Good ran for City Council in 1987. The Neil Good Day Center was named after him.
