John Graham, out of uniform, poses with a uniformed mannequin wearing a badge in a booth. Graham was the first openly gay police officer in San Diego. He was with the San Diego Police Department for 27 years. Here he wears an AIDS awareness ribbon. According to San Diego LGBT Pride's online timeline, the festival was held in the parking lot of the Veterans Museum.
