An unidentified person tries a boa-like decoration on a hat. According to San Diego LGBT Pride's online timeline, the festival moved to the parking lot of the San Diego County Administration Building (Waterfront Park). However, the building in P018.005M (1983 festival) does not look like the building in P018.002M and P018.003M (also 1985 festival), suggesting an error in date or venue.
