An unidentified person sits in a mini float consisting of a child's green turtle-shaped swimming pool/sandbox, wearing a nightdress and slippers and bearing a blanket and teddy bear. Beside the float is someone in shorts watching the tow rope, and on top of the Jeep truck pulling the float is someone carrying a child's pail and a plastic stop sign. They are in front of a Mayfair supermarket.
