Tatsuo Sasaki plays the xylophone

Sasaki intently plays the xylophone using percussion mallets. Sasaki was a Japanese timpanist and xylophonist who studied at the Julliard School as a Fulbright scholar. He became the principal timpanist of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra in 1973. Sasaki remained with the symphony until its financial crisis in 1986.
