The sound is inconsistent in volume and has distortions in the upper ranges, possibly with speed problems, before intermission. Starting with Schubert's "Symphony No. 5 in B Flat Major," ending at 30 minutes, the concert is conducted by Zoltan Rozsnyai. Violinist Kryzysztof Jakowicz is the soloist in the second piece, by Wieniawski, "Concerto No. 2 for Violin in D Minor," Opus 22, beginning at around 30 minutes and ending at about 53 minutes. After an intermission not represented on the recording, the concert continues with Ravel's "Tzigane," from 53 minutes to 1 hour 4 minutes, Ward-Steinman's "Prelude and Toccata," from 1 hour 4 minutes to 1 hour 14 minutes, and Kodaly's Suite from "Háry János ," from 1 hour 14 minutes to the end.
