Starting without introduction are excerpts from Handel's oratorio "Judas Maccabaeus." Earl Bernard Murray is the conductor, with the San Diego Symphonic Chorale, according to the program "Prepared by Robert A. Emile," along with the San Diego State College Aztec Concert Choir "Prepared by J. Dayton Smith." Soloists in the choirs are Cleve Genzlinger (bass), Leonard Johnson (tenor), and Vicki Bernick (soprano). In three parts, the piece's second part begins at around 16 minutes, and the end is at around 48 minutes. The Debussy piece "Nocturnes" ("Trois Nocturnes") is next, starting at around 49 minutes and ending at around 1 hour and 10 minutes. The concert ends with Ravel's "'Daphnis et Cloe' Suite No. 2," starting at around 1 hour and 12 minutes and ending at 1 hour 26 minutes. Shortly after this, while the audience is still applauding the orchestra plays a fanfare, after which there is more applause to the end of the tape.
