A caption reads "Nicholas di Virgilio as Alfredo in La Traviata." Di Virgilio was an American tenor who sang with the San Francisco Opera, the New York City Opera, and the Metropolitan Opera. He performed as a guest vocalist with the San Diego Symphony Orchestra on November 20th and 21st, 1975 with mezzo-soprano Marvelee Cariaga and violinist Harold Wolf.
