San Diego welcomes Charles "Lucky Lindy" Lindbergh to City Stadium (later Balboa Stadium). There were over 60 thousand people in the stadium. The Marines and Navy provided Military Police ("Shore Patrol") to the City. The men in fezzes and capes are probably members of a Masonic organization.
