This video shows various phases of the construction of the old Aztec Center at San Diego State University. There is no sound. The Aztec Center was opened in 1968. After a little over a minute the medium skips to about 13 minutes and loses visual. The marker on the video has to be moved slightly forward in order to get beyond this point.
