Reformatting: California Audiovisual Preservation Project
People sing individual "Happy Birthday" songs to the Walker Scott Department Store for its 27th anniversary. They sing their compositions with and without humming accompaniment from the rest of the audience, directed to George A. Scott and Ralf Walker, the founders. There is lots of laughter. The California Audiovisual Preservation Project (CAVPP) performed preservation reformatting for this audiotape. The celebration took place in the office of George A. Scott in the San Diego Downtown store.
