The Archives contingent joins the parade before the vehicles lined up on either side of the staging road in Balboa Park. The banner reads, "Lesbian and Gay Archives of San Diego, 'preserving and teaching our history," and behind it is a rainbow-colored banner and several rainbow flags with a Greek lambda on them. Behind the banners are standards with past Pride themes on them.
