Two unidentified women and someone in a dog costume hold up rainbow stickers for the San Diego State University's television and radio station KPBS at Pride Festival. The dog represents a character from books and an animated television series carried by KPBS in its affiliation with the Public Broadcasting Service. The station also carries National Public Radio and American Public Media programming.
