Westgate Plaza Hotel, San Diego, California, US

The Westgate Plaza Hotel, built by C. Arnholt Smith (1899-1996) in the late 1960s and opened in the early 1970s, continues to operate as of 2013, in the Gaslamp quarter of San Diego. According to Richard F. Pourade in his book The History of San Diego, "Furnishings and art from around the world" were purchased for the Westgate. The publisher's mark on the back is KV4441, but no publisher is given.
