The New Southern Hotel was open for the Panama-California Exposition of 1915, advertising in the Sunset Magazine of July 1915. It became the Southern Hotel, offering low-income housing on a weekly or monthly basis.
The Curt Teich number on the back of the card, R-35493, has been decoded to the date of 1913.
