"Natural color" post card of the old Science and Education Building, a portion of which was used to augment the Palace of Science during the California Pacific International Exposition of 1935 held in San Diego's Balboa Park. The California Tower of the old California State Building (designed by Bertram Goodhue, 1869-1924) was constructed for the Panama-California International Exposition of 1915. The California State Building (dome and tower) was known as the Palace of Science during the 1935 Exposition.
