Formerly the Valley State Bank, this financial institution announced in 1908 that it was moving to the building previously occupied by the Holton Power Company at Main and Sixth Streets, temporary quarters until a "substantial building" (most likely the one shown here) could be erected. The number on the back of the card is A-10724, which, though unacknowledged, belongs to Curt Teich. According to the guide maintained by the Curt Teich Postcard Archives, the number indicates 1910.
