In 1936 the Don Lee Network became affiliated with the Mutual Network, producing the Mutual Don Lee Broadcasting System. This building was dedicated on August 18, 1948 as a broadcast facility for both radio and television and was in 2001 the oldest surviving studio designed specifically for television. The publisher's number in the top margin of this unsent linen postcard is 765.
