Designed by Eugene M. Hoffman, The Barcelona Hotel and Apartments, also known as the Barcelona Apartment Hote or later Barcelona Apartments, was built in 1922 in the Banker's Hill area of San Diego with apartments for sale. In 2005 the building underwent an indoor renovation, after which apartments were rented monthly. This hand-tinted picture postcard shows the sun parlor, a common area. On the back of the card, the Curt Teich number is A-100594.
